Did you know that once you have vaped your CBD flowers you don’t need to bin it? There is actually some more enjoyment to come from that already vaped bud (AVB). This can be used in CBD cupcakes recipe, brownies or lots of other delicious bakes.

Why eat CBD?
If you have always vaped CBD you might not understand why you would choose to eat it. After all, it isn’t as instant as vaping. However, eating CBD has been known to have longer lasting effects. You do need to remember though that it takes 30 minutes to 2 hours to get into your system.

Whatever form CBD comes in it is known to have the same effects. CBD has been found to help with conditions such as anxiety, pain and inflammation, PTSD, sleep disorders, depression, , cancer symptoms, epilepsy, Parkinsons, eczema and more. How to make CBD cupcakes
You’ll need
- 175g self-raising flour
- 175g butter
- And 175g caster sugar
- 3 eggs
- ½ teaspoon baking powder
For the topping
- 350g icing sugar
- 175g butter
- 3 teaspoons of milk as required
- 2g of AVB (already vaped bud)
Preheat oven to 180 degrees. Then weigh and sift the dry ingredients into a mixing bowl. This includes the sugar, flour and baking powder.
Add the butter to the mixing bowl and stir until it is all mixed in with the dry ingredients.
Crack the eggs into the bowl and whisk until the mixture is light and pale in colour. Either using a hand or an electric whisk.
Add the cupcake batter to the cupcake cases. Bake for around 20-25 minutes. Try not to open the oven too much to check on them though.
While the cupcakes are cooking, it is time to make the CBD topping. In a new bowl mix together the ingredients for the topping, including the ABV and stir until pale and fluffy.
Once the cupcakes have cooled you will need to generously add the topping. Decorate with a sprinkle of AVB or some sprinkles if you’re feeling fancy. Next, you just need to sit back with a cuppa and enjoy a cupcake!
